Hangers-ON Return Policy
Item must be returned within 14 days after the buyer receives it. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Refunds will not be issued if goods don’t arrive so it is recommended that you take out tracking on return post.

You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. If you don’t follow the item condition policy for returns, you may not receive a full refund.

Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business if the goods purchased are faulty, not fit for purpose or don’t match the seller’s description.

Hangers-On Shipping Policy
Shipping cost will vary depending on how many packs you purchase and where it needs to be delivered.  Shipping costs will be calculated on checkout. Orders are generally dispatched within 2 – 5 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Standard Australia Post.  

Please Note:Tracking will only be used for large/bulk orders. We will provide you with a link to track your package online. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, shipping fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.
